The Judgement of Paris - A Few Alternatives

I altered the final image a little to see if it would look better with a little more contrast or in sepia. The final version, however, is as below....

  1. Hello, I have just discovered you artwork and am impressed.

I have been looking over numerous "The Judgement of Paris" works by a large range of famous and not-so-famous artists, but I have not really seen one that shows the raw emotional content the way you have captured it. Most works have focused largely on the moods of the goddesses, but not so much Paris. Furthermore Eris is almost never depicted, nevermind showing her twisted pleasure at all the discord she is causing.

Recently, I have been posting a series of "The Judgement of Paris" images on to a website called Jigidi.com This is an on-line jigsaw puzzle site. Along with the images, I have been posting biographical information and descriptions of the various artworks. I would like to include your version as one of my posts. I would give full credit and attribution to you along with any comments that you would like to make regarding your work.

Please consider my request and reply to me at admin (at) werme . net (Sorry to split the email address up like this, I get tons of automated spam if I don't.) You can view my posts at Jigidi by following this link: http://www.jigidi.com/user_profile.php?name=wermet

Thank you for your time and for your beautiful artwork.
